Information

The one time initiation fee for private membership is normally $400.00.  This fee is not refundable or transferable except in the event of a spouses death.  All members are required to pay monthly dues of $90.00 for a single, or $125.00 plus Missouri state sales tax for family memberships.  All rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.  Members will be given a 30 day written notice of any change.   In 2008 you can get unlimited cart usage if you are 60 years of age or older for $1,500 annually.  If you are 59 years of age or younger, you can get unlimited cart usage for $1800.00 annually.  Family cart memberships for two riders with unlimited usage are $2400 annually and $2700 annually for three to four riders.   All cart usage memberships must be pre-paid in advance.

A one time initiation fee for a corporate membership is $400.00, and the monthly dues are $200 plus sales tax.  Corporate memberships cannot exceed four players, but the membership allows your company unlimited golf in a single year.  You must submit the approved articles of incorporation to obtain a corporate membership.

You can save one months dues on all memberships if you pay them in advance.  For example, one months family membership is 134.19 per month ($125 plus tax) or $1610.28 per year.  If paid in advance, the family membership cost is $1,476.09 ($139.19 X 11).

Spring Membership Drive

The annual spring membership drive will be getting underway March 1, 2008 through May 31, 2008.  Make sure you tell your friends and family there is no better time to join Claycrest.  The initiation fee has been reduced to $100.00, and the monthly dues are $90.00 plus tax for a single member and $125.00 plus tax for a family membership.

Remember, lockers are available along with discounts for practice balls and carts for those who become members.  We are continuously striving to improve the golf club and at the same time keep it the most affordable in Kansas City!

Any individual over 18 years of age can apply for membership.  All applications must be submitted to the Director of Golf for review by a membership committee.  Privileges extend to a member's spouse and dependent children under the age of 18 years.  Any dependent under the age of 22 years attending college on a full-time basis, can also share in golf privileges.
