Teaching Philosophy

Without a doubt the modern golf swing is based on many more mechanics than we have probably known about in the last 100 years of the game.  This has its good and bad points.  There are certain fundamentals in the golf swing that all players must adhere to if they wish to become a fairly consistent player, but I am concerned that we have become to dependent on the mechanics of the golf swing.  We have lost the art of swinging the club and playing the game.  The golf swing has a timing and a tempo, or a flow as I like to call it.   Most players do not understand this part of their game and thus are unable to properly practice.  Sure it is nice to work with video and computers, but we should not forget about the relaxed tempo that makes for a good repeating golf swing.

Rate - $80.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum with video tape analysis.
